Mailing lists are associated with various spectrometers. The lists have been established for:

• notices of spectrometer availability (especially when a user finishes reserved time early or when a sample 'goes bad' when reserved time has been made)
• helpful hints about spectrometer use
• changes to the general schedule and walk-up time
• changes to scheduling procedures
• general facility information that may effect spectrometer use (such as lack of disk space).
