Note: Rate schedule differences for different customers are due to the fact that the Cabinet Shop is subsidized by the Department of Chemistry.

Chemistry department Key deposit rates.

The purpose of our key deposit rates is to encourage a prompt return of building keys from non-permanent personnel when the key is no longer needed, as a measure of building security.

Effective August 1, 2002, the following schedule will be implemented:

Key authorizations slips can be obtained from the cabinet shop (Ve B-9) and must be fully filled out and signed by a faculty member prior receiving a key.

Key deposits are refundable upon return of the key the key to the Lab Management Ve B-9.
